Happy New Year Flist
I know I don't get over here to IJ that much - if it had tracking enabled I think I'd spend more time here.
I'm a few hours late for some of my flist - I thinksnottygrrl is one of the first to celebrate over in NZ.
I know LJ has had many problems this year, but the one GOOD thing about it is how I've been able to 'meet' so many wonderful people from around the world, and find out about IJ over here.
It started with a love of HP fanfiction in 2005, but from there my interests expanded to Anime (my first one being Ai no Kusabi and falling in love with the voice of Riki - Seki Toshihiko), Manga (especially Viewfinder), JDramas/Movies (Fuurin Kazan and Four Gods), and various other TV shows, including Dr. Who, Torchwood (and finding out that John Barrowman is a hometown boy from Joliet, Il - too bad I moved from there when he was only 8), Heroes, Life on Mars (why do I find John Simm so sexy?), Supernatural (Wincest - what a word!), Blood Ties, Moonlight (sexy vampires!).
Anyway, wherever you are in the world, I want to thank you for friending me (usually since we've all had to go and lock up our NC-17 stuff!) and I want to wish you a Great New Year!
