Harry approached the cave cautiously. Severus had never attacked him, but there was always a first time. After six months, Severus had lost hope of Harry ever reversing the curse Bellatrix had cast before she died, changing Severus into the large, black dragon.

“Draco found a cure, Severus. It’s an ancient Malfoy family formulation.” Harry held out his hand and smiled, showing the sad-eyed dragon the vial of potion.

Draco shaded his eyes as he looked up into the sky, smiling as he watched the two black dragons soaring away, one with coal-black eyes, the other with emerald green.

	hmm... did they actually found the cure for that? Or Harry changed to be with Severus since he can't reverse the curse? was surfing around and found this one... don't know how I could have missed this one (Reply to this) (Thread)

Harry changed so that they could be together, so it was a cure of sorts, just not the one that they'd been initially looking for.

I don't usually write for the drabble prompts, but during the Snarry Games, the prompts were for the two teams and our captain encouraged us to participate and this is what I came up with.

Thanks so much for reading. I'm surprised you even found it. I don't always do a good job of updating over here as I'm mostly on Livejournal.

There's an entire backstory for this drabble that was written as a gift for our Team Captain, but I haven't had a chance to post it here. I suppose I should get around to doing that. It's very NC-17, so not everyone would be interested in it.

	Okay, I made it easy on you and posted it over here in IJ just now. Because of LJ's problems last year deleting journals, I have it flocked over there, but here I'm not as worried about it.
